## Thesis

Frontier AI will commoditize research capability, not alpha. If every firm runs the same frontier models, every firm starts with the same general intelligence. The edge is proprietary data, specialized models, execution, and research systems that keep improving.

## How it works

Humans set objectives, capital limits, and risk constraints. Agentic portfolio managers direct specialized research, data, risk, trading, execution, and monitoring agents. Each trade becomes training data for the models behind the next decision.

Roadmap: AI-native (achieved) → agentic workflows (building now) → agentic pods (target).

## Traction

The system is already live and trading: systematic stack with centralized portfolio control and risk management. Live return on capital so far ~11% on small deployed capital across two exchanges. Backtests and live figures are research / early-stage; see the outlook report for detail.

## Models and moat

We train our own finance-oriented models on proprietary live-trading data and finance-specific evaluations. The data flywheel starts the day the system goes live: markets never reach a final dataset, so the fastest learning system compounds.

## Market

We trade in one of the largest pools of capital in the world — hedge funds and trading firms at enormous scale.
